Privacy Policy

Last Done is provided by Crystal Syntax. This policy explains how the mobile application handles information.

Data we handle

Last Done stores actions, completion history, custom templates, categories, reminder settings, language, theme, and onboarding status locally on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not transmit this content to Crystal Syntax servers.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app asks the operating system for notification permission and schedules notifications locally. You can revoke permission in device settings.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Crystal Syntax does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. The stores may process transaction identifiers and purchase status under their own privacy policies.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal data, include advertising SDKs, or share your locally stored actions and history with third parties.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you remove it. Use Settings → Data and privacy → Delete my data to erase actions, completion history, custom templates, settings, and scheduled notifications. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Store purchase records remain with Apple or Google and can be restored.

Children

Last Done is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when app functionality changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
